Daz Explore

Daz Explore

Classic-style file manager
Utilities

Explore is a classic, purposeful file manager for macOS — built for people who want their computer to feel like a filesystem again, not a curated experience. Explore gives you a single window with the pieces you expect: a tree on the left rooted at the top of your drive, a content pane showing the selected folder, and an optional preview pane for the selected file. Four view modes — Large Icons, Small Icons, List, and Details — let you switch between seeing file names at a glance or every column of metadata at once. Every file-type you care about gets a real content thumbnail: photos show as photos, videos show their first frame, PDFs show their first page, all generated in the background with zero-wait redraws. Key features: - Real directory tree. Left-hand sidebar rooted at the top of your disk with lazy expansion; selected folder auto-scrolls into view so you never lose your place. - Four view modes you can toggle from the toolbar or ⌘1-4: Large Icons, Small Icons, List, and Details (with sortable columns). - Zoom the icon views continuously from the toolbar or ⌘+/⌘-/⌘0. - Fast, persistent thumbnails for HEIC, JPEG, PNG, MP4, MOV, PDF, and every other common format. Cached to disk so re-opening a folder of photos is instant. - Editable path bar pinned below the toolbar — type any path, press Return, navigate. - Rich right-click menus on both files and empty folder space: New Folder, New File, Duplicate, Rename, Compress, Move to Trash, Copy Path, Reveal in Finder, Open in Terminal Here, Services, and more. - Drag files between windows to move (or Option-drag to copy). Open as many windows as you want — each holds its own path, view mode, sort, and zoom. - Native keyboard navigation: arrows, type-to-select, ⌘↓ to open, ⌘↑ to go up, ⌘⌫ to trash, ⌘D to duplicate, ⌘I for info, Space for Quick Look. - Preview pane with live content previews, collapsible to whatever width you want (it stays where you drag it). - Command-line companion. A bundled `explore` helper lets you open any path from Terminal: just `explore ~/Downloads` or `explore .`. Explore runs in the macOS App Sandbox. On first access to a folder Explore hasn't seen before, a standard system prompt asks you to grant access — one click per top-level folder and Explore remembers it forever after. No accounts, no telemetry, no cloud sync. Just a file manager.

OL Videos

OL Videos

Landscape-Locked YouTube
Entertainment

iPhone has no landscape orientation lock. OL Videos fixes that. OL Videos forces your screen into landscape mode for comfortable YouTube viewing. No more fighting auto-rotate. No more holding your phone at awkward angles. Just lock it landscape and watch. Browse your YouTube subscriptions, search for videos, and watch everything in a locked landscape view — the way videos are meant to be watched. Key Features: - Landscape Lock — The entire app runs in forced landscape orientation. No rotation surprises. - YouTube Subscription Feed — Sign in with Google to see your latest subscription uploads, sorted by newest first. - Fast Search — Find any YouTube video with instant search results. - Built-in Player — Watch videos directly in the app with playback speed control (0.5x to 2x). - Clean Interface — No clutter, no ads, no distractions. Just your videos. Why OL Videos? iOS lets you lock your phone in portrait, but there's no built-in landscape lock. If you watch YouTube in bed, on the couch, or lying on your side, you know the frustration — the screen keeps flipping. OL Videos solves this with a simple, dedicated landscape-locked YouTube viewer. Sign in with your Google account to access your subscriptions, or just use search. Your viewing experience stays locked in landscape, always. OL Videos respects your privacy. We don't collect any data. Your Google sign-in is handled directly by Google's official authentication — we never see your password.

DazOutliner

DazOutliner

Productivity

Most of the time, an outliner is used as a simple database - you want to store information in a tree, so you know where to find it. How annoying is it then, to have to swap to a different screen to find that information? The entire point of this is to allow you quick storage and retrieval - you have a tree of information that you can manipulate, but with a split view, you can also see the information associated with each item, and just by touching it, change it. The splitter is movable, so you can choose how much space the tree and the data take up
